Description
Anzurstobart is an investigational, fully human IgG4 monoclonal antibody that targets Signal Regulatory Protein Alpha (SIRP¦Á) with high affinity. It functions as a blocking antibody that specifically inhibits the interaction between SIRP¦Á on macrophages and its ligand CD47 on tumor cells. By disrupting this ¡°don't-eat-me¡± signaling axis, anzurstobart promotes macrophage-mediated phagocytosis of cancer cells. It is currently in clinical development (Phase I/II) for the treatment of various advanced solid tumors and hematologic malignancies, representing a novel strategy in cancer immunotherapy.
