- S1 00A8 in HeLa Human Cell Line. S100A8 was detected in immersion fixed HeLa human cervical epithelial carcinoma cell line using Sheep Anti-Human S1 00A8 Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody at 10 ug/ml for 3 hours at room temperature. Cells were stained using NorthernLights 557-conjugated Anti-Sheep IgG Secondary Antibody (red) and counterstained with DAPI (blue). Specific staining was localized to cytoplasm.
