- The lysate of A-549 (20 ug) was resolved by SDS-PAGE and probed with WNT3A monoclonal antibody, clone 3A6 (Cat # MAB2063) (1:1000). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and an ECL detection system.
