ChIP assay was performed with 293 lysate and either Histone H3K4me1 (mono-methyl Lys4) antibody or rabbit IgG. The precipitated DNA was detected by qPCR with primer sets targeting to the illustrated P1, P2 and P3 region of gamma actin gene. Histogram was constructed by the ratios of the immunoprecipitated DNA to the input.
