- Western blot analysis was performed on whole cell extracts (30 µg lysate) of A549 (Lane 1), A549 treated with Thapsigargin (1 µM for 24 hrs) (Lane 2), PC-3 (Lane 3), IM9 (Lane 4), PANC-1 (Lane 5) and AML193 (Lane 6). The blot was probed with Anti-ERO1LB Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-25142, 1:2,000 dilution) and detected by chemiluminescence using Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (Heavy Chain) Superclonal™ Secondary Antibody, HRP conjugate (Product # A27036, 0.25 µg/mL, 1:4,000 dilution). A 54 kDa band corresponding to ERO1LB was observed in the cell line tested and enhanced upon treatment in A549 cell line.

- Immunohistochemistry analysis of ERO1LB in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded mouse testis tissue. Samples were incubated with ERO1LB polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-25142) followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
