- Western Blot using Opsin 3 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-28744). Whole cell extract (30 µg) was separated by 10% SDS-PAGE, and the membrane was blotted with Opsin 3 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-28744) diluted at 1:1,000. The HRP-conjugated anti-rabbit IgG antibody was used to detect the primary antibody.
