- Western blot analysis was performed on Tissue extracts (30 µg lysate) of Mouse Pup Brain (Lane 1), Mouse Brain (Lane 2) and Rat Brain (Lane 3). The blot was probed with Anti- NMDAR1 Monoclonal Antibody (Product # OMA1-04010,1:1000 dilution) and detected by chemiluminescence using Goat anti-Mouse IgG (H+L) Superclonal™ Secondary Antibody, HRP conjugate (Product # A28177, 0.25 µg/mL, 1:4000 dilution). A 107 kDa band corresponding to NMDAR1 was observed across all the tissues tested.
