Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: Bcl-2 Antibody (8C8) [NBP2-29630] - Immunohistochemistry-Paraffin: Bcl-2 Antibody (8C8) [NBP2-29630] - Formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded human tonsil stained with Bcl-2 antibody (1:200), peroxidase-conjugate and DAB chromogen. Note cell membrane and cytoplasmic staining. Staining of formalin-fixed tissues REQUIRES boiling tissue sections in 1mM EDTA, pH 8.0 for 10-20 min followed by cooling at RT for 20 min. Epitope unmasking in EDTA (compared to Citrate buffer) is superior.
