MA1-25157 detects delta 1 Catenin from rat, bovine, chicken, canine, human, and mouse samples. MA1-25157 has been successfully used in ELISA, immunofluorescence, immunoprecipitation, immunocytochemistry and Western blot procedures. MA1-25157 detects a band ~120 kDa and a possible doublet band of ~200 kDa. The MA1-25157 immunogen is recombinant N-terminal fragment of mouse delta 1 Catenin.
