- This antibody cross reacts with amylin (IAPP). For immunofluorescence applications, overnight incubation at 4ºC is required. Stefanini fixed frozen sections of rat colon can be used as a positive control for this antibody. Reconstitute with 50-100 µL of distilled water, and dilute further in 0.1M PBS with 1% BSA and 0.1% sodium azide. Once reconstituted, store at -20ºC.
