Flow Cytometry analysis of IFNAR2 in K562 cells (blue line) using IFNAR2 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-142341). Cells were fixed with paraformaldehyde, permeabilized with 0.5% Triton, and incubated with the primary antibody for 1hr (10 µg/mL) followed by Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody (1 µg/mL). IgG control: Unimmunized goat IgG (black line) followed by Alexa Fluor 488 secondary antibody.
