- Description
- Our Pacific Orange™ dye is optimally excited by the violet laser, and it is recommended that a 575, 585 or 600 nm band pass filter be used for optimal detection. Pacific Blue™ and Pacific Orange™ dye conjugates can be simultaneously excited at 405 nm and emit at 455 nm and 551 nm, respectively, facilitating two-color analysis.

- Antigen Specificity: The UCHT1 monoclonal antibody reacts with human CD3e, a 20 kDa subunit of the TCR/CD3 complex. Along with the other CD3 subunits gamma and delta, the epsilon chain is required for proper assembly, trafficking and surface expression of the TCR complex. CD3 is expressed by developing thymocytes and by all mature T cells. Crosslinking of TCR via immobilized UCHT1 results in T cell proliferation.
