Description

MA5-14433 targets CD3/CD20 in IHC (P) and WB applications and shows reactivity with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. CD3 (clone SP7) is a rabbit monoclonal IgG antibody. CD20 (clone L26) is an IgG2a mouse monoclonal antibody. The MA5-14433 immunogen is synthetic 13-mer peptide corresponding to aa 156-168 of the epsilon chain of human CD3 protein; the CD20 immunogen is human tonsil B cells.

Experimental details

Western blot analysis of CD3/CD20 was performed by loading 25 µg of Raji (lane 1), Ramos (lane 2) and BAF-3 (lane 3) cell lysates onto an SDS polyacrylamide gel. Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked at 4ºC overnight. The membrane was probed with a CD3/CD20 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-14433) at a dilution of 1:1 overnight at 4°C, washed in TBST, and probed with an HRP-conjugated secondary antibody for 1 hr at room temperature in the dark. Chemiluminescent detection was performed using Pierce ECL Plus Western Blotting Substrate (Product # 32132). Results show a band at ~33 kDa.

Proteins were transferred to a PVDF membrane and blocked at 4ºC overnight. The membrane was probed with a CD3/CD20 monoclonal antibody (Product # MA5-14433) at a dilution of 1:10 overnight at 4°C, washed in TBST, and probed with an HRP-conjugated secondary antibody for 1 hr at room temperature in the dark. Chemiluminescent detection was performed using Pierce ECL Plus Western Blotting Substrate (Product # 32132). Results show a band at ~19 kDa.
