- Immunofluorescence staining of TXNDC5 in U2OS cells. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA, permeabilzed with 0.1% Triton X-100 in PBS, blocked with 10% serum, and incubated with TXNDC5 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-118330, 1:200) at 4°C overnight. Then cells were stained with the Alexa Fluor®594-conjugated Goat Anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody (red). Positive staining was localized to cytoplasm.

- Immunoprecipitation of TXNDC5 in Lane A: 0.5 mg HepG2 Whole Cell Lysate. Samples were treated with 60 μg of immunomagnetic Protein A/G beads, incubated with polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-118330) with a dilution of 1:100 , followed by Clean-Blot HRP Detection reagent using a dilution of 1:1,000. Assay was performed under reducing conditions. Predicted band size: 48 kDa , Observed band size : 50 kDa .
