- CEACAM-5/CD66e in Human Colon Cancer Tissue. CEACAM-5/CD66e was detected in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human colon cancer tissue using Mouse Anti-Human CEACAM-5/CD66e Monoclonal Antibody at 10 ug/ml overnight at 4°C. Tissue was stained using Anti-Mouse HRP-DAB (brown) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue).
