- Mouse Monoclonal ILT3/CD85k/LILRB4 Antibody
- Antibody type
- Monoclonal
- Description
- Protein A or G purified from hybridoma culture supernatant. Detects human LILRB4/CD85k/ILT3 in direct ELISAs and Western blots. In direct ELISAs, approximately 50% cross-reactivity with with recombinant human (rh) ILT5 is observed. No cross-reactivity with rhILT1, rhILT2, rhILT4, rhILT7, rhILT11, rhLIR-6 or rhLIR-8 is observed.

- Detection of LILRB4/CD85k/ILT3 in Human PBMCs by Flow Cytometry. Human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) were stained with Mouse Anti-Human IL-3 R alpha/CD123 PE-conjugated Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # FAB301P) and either (A) Mouse Anti-Human LILRB4/CD85k/ILT3 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB24251) or (B) Mouse IgG2A Isotype Control (Catalog # MAB003) followed by Allophycocyanin-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # F0101B).
