Description

Rolistobart is a humanized IgG4 kappa monoclonal antibody targeting leukocyte immunoglobulin-like receptor subfamily B member 4 (LILRB4, also known as CD85k or ILT3). It blocks LILRB4, an inhibitory receptor expressed on immune cells, to enhance anti-tumor immunity. It is being developed for cancer immunotherapy, particularly in myeloid malignancies and solid tumors.
