Detection of G6PD in whole cell lysates (15 and 25mcg for human and 20mcg for mouse) from human umbilical vein endothelial cells or mouse peritoneal macrophages from wildtype (+/+) and G6PD deficient (-/-) mice by Western blotting with Rabbit anti Human G6PD (GTX77634) Mouse peritoneal macrophages from wildtype mice were immunoprecipitated with GTX77634 and the precipitate and supernatant blotted for G6PD
