- Identification of TP53 phospho-Ser20 with TP53 (phospho-S20) monoclonal antibody, clone 17B6 (Cat # MAB0658) by Western blotting. The lysates of H1299 cells (TP53 non-producing) transfected either with Flag vector (left lane) , Flag-TP53 (wild-type) expressing plasmid (middle lane) or Flag-TP53 mutant (Ser20) expressing plasmid (right lane) were immunoprecipitated with anti-Flag antibody and then analyzed by westernbotting with TP53 (phospho-S20) monoclonal antibody, clone 17B6, (upper panel) or with pantropic p-53 antibody (lower panel).
