- Western Blot: CREB [p Ser133] Antibody [NB300-273] - Western blot of forskolin stimulated rat hippocampal lysate showing specific immunolabeling of the ~45k CREB phosphorylated at Ser133 (Left lane). Phosphospecificity is shown in the right lane where the signal is completely eliminated by treatment with lambda phosphatase(lambda-Ptase, 1200 units for 30 min).

- Immunohistochemistry-Frozen: CREB [p Ser133] Antibody [NB300-273] - IHC Analysis of pCREB S133 (red) in frozen sections from mouse piriform cortex. Cell nuclei are visualized with DAPI DNA stain (blue). NB300-273 was used at a dilution of 1:1000 and incubated for 48 hours at 4C. No antigen retrieval step was performed.
