- Phospho-ELK1 (Ser383) Polyclonal Antibody
- Antibody type
- Polyclonal
- Antigen
- Synthetic peptide
- Description
- This antibody is predicted to react with canine, mouse, non-human primate and zebrafish based on 100% sequence homology. This antibody is specific for ~46 kDa Elk-1 phosphorylated at Ser383 in Western blots using phospho and dephospho Elk-1 recombinant protein. Immunolabeling is blocked by the phosphopeptide used as the antigen but not by the corresponding dephosphopeptide.

- Western blot of ELK1 in recombinant Elk-1. showing specific immunolabeling of a band at ~46 kDa corresponding to Elk-1 phosphorylated at Ser383 in the right lane (-). Phosphospecificity is shown in the left lane (+) where immunolabeling is blocked by pre-adsorption of the phosphopeptide used as the antigen, but not by the corresponding non-phosphopeptide (not shown). Samples were incubated in Phospho-ELK1 (Ser383) polyclonal antibody (Product # pA1-4625).
