- EpCAM Mouse mAb (Ab101832) - Flow Cytometry Flow Cytometry analysis of HT-29 cells labelling EpCAM (red) with EpCAM Mouse mAb (Ab101832) at 0.1 μg/mL for 1 hour at 4°C. Goat anti-Mouse IgG H&L (FITC) (Ab156254) at a dilution of 1/1000 was used as the secondary antibody. Blue - Isotype control, mouse IgG (Ab170221). Black - Unlabelled control, cells without incubation with primary antibody.
