- Immunohistochemistry analysis of Phospho-MEK1 (Ser218, Ser222) in formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human cancer tissue. Samples were incubated with Phospho-MEK1 (Ser218, Ser222) polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-12624) which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by AEC staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated. BC = breast carcinoma; HC = hepatocarcinoma.

- Dot blot analysis of Phospho-MEK1 (Ser218, Ser222). Samples were incubated with Phospho-MEK1 (Ser218, Ser222) polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-12624) using a dilution of 0.5 µg/mL. 50 ng of Phospho-peptide or Non Phospho-peptide per dot were adsorbed on nitrocellulose membrane.
