- (LEFT) Western blot analysis of anti-RPS6KB1 Antibody (Center) Pab (Cat.#AP12740PU-N) in Jurkat and 293 cell line lysates. RPS6KB1(arrow) was detected using the purified Pab. (RIGHT) Western blot analysis of anti-RPS6KB1 Antibody (Center) Pab (Cat.#AP12740PU-N) in 293 cell line lysates transiently transfected with the RPS6KB1 gene (2ug/lane). RPS6KB1(arrow) was detected using the purified Pab (1:60 dilution).

- Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human breast carcinoma reacted with RPS6KB1 Antibody (Center)(Cat.#AP12740PU-N), which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
