- Western blot analysis was performed on whole cell extracts (30 µg lysate) of K-562 (Lane 1), U-87 MG (Lane 2), SK-N-AS (Lane 3), IMR-32 (Lane 4) and tissue extract of Mouse Brain (Lane 5). The blot was probed with Anti-PKC beta-1 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-29680, 1:500 dilution) and detected by chemiluminescence using Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) Superclonal™ Secondary Antibody, HRP conjugate (Product # A27036, 0.25 µg/ml, 1:4000 dilution). A 77 kDa band corresponding to PKC beta-1 was observed across the cell lines and tissue tested.
