Detection of Phospho-STAT2 (Y689) in Daudi Human Cell Line by Flow Cytometry. Daudi human Burkitt's lymphoma cell line untreated (light orange filled histogram) or treated with Recombinant Human IFN-alpha A (Catalog # 11100-1) (dark orange filled histogram) was stained with Rabbit Anti-Human Phospho-STAT2 (Y689) Fluorescein-conjugated Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # IC2890F) or isotype control antibody (Catalog # IC105F, open histogram). To facilitate intracellular staining, cells were fixed with Flow Cytometry Fixation Buffer (Catalog # FC004) and permeabilized with Flow Cytometry Permeabilization/Wash Buffer I (Catalog # FC005).
