- Product name
- anti-Signal Transducer and Activator of Transcription 5A (STAT5A) (pTyr694) antibody
- Antibody type
- Monoclonal
- Antigen
- Synthetic peptide corresponding to residues surrounding Tyr694 of Mouse STAT5a protein.
- Reactivity
- Human, Mouse, Rat
- Host
- Mouse
- Isotype
- IgG
- Antibody clone number
- 5F6-F1
- Vial size
- 0.1 mg
- Concentration
- 1.0 mg/ml (by UV absorbance at 280 nm)
- Storage
- Store vial at -20°C or below prior to opening. For low volume of reagent (25 µl), to minimizeloss of volume dilute 1/10 by adding 225 µl of the buffer stated abovedirectly to the vial. Recap, mix thoroughly and briefly centrifuge to collect the volume at thebottom of the vial. Use this intermediate dilution when calculating final dilutions asrecommended below. Store the vial at -20°C or below after dilution. Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing. Shelf life: One year from despatch (3 months from date of opening).
