- Western blot detection of Omi/HtrA2 in HL-60cell lysate. Two protein bands of approximate molecular weight of 50 and 38kDa was detected using ALX-804-427 at 2µg/ml dilution. The two bands may represent precursor and mature form of Omi/Htra2, respectively.
