Experimental details

HEK293T cells were transfected with the pCMV6-ENTRY control (Left lane) or pCMV6-ENTRY PRKAR2A (RC220376, Right lane) cDNA for 48 hrs and lysed. Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (5 µg per lane) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-PRKA. Positive lysates LY401337 (100 µg) and LC401337 (20 µg) can be purchased separately from OriGene.

Experimental details

Equivalent amounts of cell lysates (10 µg per lane) of wild-type HeLa cells (WT, Cat# LC810HELA) and PRKAR2A-Knockout HeLa cells (KO, Cat# LC812853) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with anti-PRKAR2A monoclonal antibody TA501145(1:2000). Then the blotted membrane was stripped and reprobed with anti-HSP90 antibody as a loading control.
