- The cell lysate of A-549 (30 ug) was resolved by SDS-PAGE and probed with PPP1R14A monoclonal antibody, clone 4H10 (Cat # MAB2039) (1:500). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and an ECL detection system.
