- Mouse IL-1 RI Biotinylated Antibody
- Antibody type
- Polyclonal
- Description
- Antigen Affinity-purified. Detects mouse IL-1 RI in Western blots. In Western blots, approximately 35% cross-reactivity with recombinant mouse (rm) IL-18 R (IL-1 R5) and recombinant human IL-1 RI is observed and 20% cross-reactivity with rmIL-18 R beta (IL-1 R7) and recombinant rat IL-1 Rrp2 (IL-1 R6) is observed and less than 1% cross-reactivity with rmIL-1 RII is observed.
