Protein A or G purified from hybridoma culture supernatant. Detects mouse Pentraxin 2/SAP in direct ELISAs and Western blots. In direct ELISAs and Western blots, 100% cross-reactivity with recombinant rat Pentraxin 2/SAP is observed. In Western blots, 100% cross-reactivity with recombinant human (rh) Pentraxin 2/SAP is observed, but no cross-reactivity with rhPentraxin 2/SAP in direct ELISAs is observed.
