- 1X10^6 A431 cells were stained with .2ug Cytokeratin 14 antibody (10143-1-AP, red) and control antibody (blue). Fixed with 4% PFA blocked with 3% BSA (30 min). Alexa Fluor 488-conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IGG (H+L) with dilution 1:1500.

- 1X10^6 A431 cells were intracellularly stained with 0.2 µg Anti-Human Cytokeratin 14 (Product # 10143-1-AP) and CoraLite®488-Conjugated AffiniPure Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG(H+L) at dilution 1:1,000 (green), and 0.2 µg Control Antibody. Cells were fixed with 90% MeOH.
