- Western blot testing of Gab1 antibody: Wild-type (+/+) and Gab1-/- (-/-) cells were heat shocked (HS) at 42oC for 1 h or irradiated with UV-B light (400 J/m2) and then incubated at 37oC for 1 h. IP was done with an anti-JNK2 Ab and immunoprecipitates tested with Gab-1 antibody.

- WB: Rescue of the JNK pathway by expression of wild-type Gab1 in Gab1-/- cells. Gab1-/- cells were transiently transfected with human Gab1 cDNA. After incubation, the cells were irradiated or left untreated. Exogenous expression in transfected cells was confirmed by Gab1 antibody.
