- Western blot of OCT1/OTF1 in Jurkat cell lysate in the 1) absence and 2) presence of immunizing peptide and 3) NIH 3T3 cell lysate using Peptide-affinity Purified Polyclonal Antibody to OCT1/OTF1 at 2 ug/ml, 2 ug/ml and 4 ug/ml respectively. Goat anti-rabbit Ig HRP secondary antibody, and PicoTect ECL substrate solution, were used for this test.
