- PA1-21077 detects MUC1 in human and mouse samples. PA1-21077 has been successfully used in immunohistochemistry (paraffin), immunoprecipitation, immunofluorescence, and Western blot procedures. Positive controls of MCF-7 cells and Breast carcinoma suggested. The PA1-21077 immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to the cytoplasmic tail of human MUC1.
