Experimental details

The extracts of mouse brain (MB), rat brain (RB) (each 20 ug) were resolved by SDS-PAGE, transferred to PVDF membrane and probed with anti-human beta-Synuclein (1:2000). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and the ECL detection system. Arrow indicates beta-Synuclein monomer (about 17kD in MB, RB).
