- Western blot analysis was performed on tissue extracts (30 µg lysate) of Mouse Liver (Lane 1), Mouse Pup Brain (Lane 2), Rat Brain (Lane 3) and Mouse Brain (Lane 4). The blot was probed with GAD65/GAD67 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-36080, 1:500 dilution) and detected by chemiluminescence using Goat anti-Rabbit IgG (H+L) Superclonal™ Secondary Antibody, HRP conjugate (Product # A27036, 0.25 µg/ml, 1:4000 dilution). A band at 65kDa corresponding to GAD65/67 was observed in all the Brain tissues tested and not in Liver tissue which is reported to be negative.
