- Detection of Human and Mouse Neprilysin/CD10 by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of LNCaP human prostate cancer cell line and PC-3 human prostate cancer cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1 µg/mL of Rat Anti-Human/Mouse Neprilysin/CD10 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB1126) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Mouse IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF007). For additional reference, Recombinant Mouse Neprilysin (Catalog # 1126-ZN) (5 and 50 ng/lane) and Recombinant Human Neprilysin (CHO-expressed) (Catalog # 1182-ZNC) (5 and 50 ng/lane) were included. Specific bands were detected for Neprilysin/CD10 at approximately 100 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 1.

- Neprilysin/CD10 in Human Kidney. Neprilysin/CD10 was detected in immersion fixed paraffin-embedded sections of human kidney using Rat Anti-Human/Mouse Neprilysin/CD10 Monoclonal Antibody (Catalog # MAB1126) at 0.5 µg/mL for 1 hour at room temperature followed by incubation with the Anti-Rat IgG VisUCyte™ HRP Polymer Antibody (Catalog # VC005). Tissue was stained using DAB (brown) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). Specific staining was localized to convoluted tubules and glomeruli.
