Staining of normal human peripheral blood cells (upper) and mature dendritic cells (bottom) with mouse IgG2b kappa isotype control purified (open histogram) or 0.015 ug of LY75 monoclonal antibody, clone MG38 (Cat # MAB10892) (filled histogram) followed by Anti-mouse IgG biotin and streptavidin PE. Total viable cells were used for analysis.
