Western blot analysis of MYBPC3 in rat heart lysate using 35 µg of protein per lane. Samples were incubated with MYBPC3 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-71701) using a dilution of 1:1000 followed by a goat anti-rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) secondary antibody with a dilution of 1:5000.
