- Detection of Human and Mouse Bcl-w by Western Blot. Western blot shows lysates of WS-1 human fetal skin fibroblast cell line and CTLL-2 mouse cytotoxic T cell line. PVDF membrane was probed with 1.2 µg/mL Rabbit Anti-Human/Mouse Bcl-w Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF824) followed by HRP-conjugated Anti-Rabbit IgG Secondary Antibody (Catalog # HAF008). For additional reference, Recombinant Human Bcl-w Minus C-Terminus (Catalog # 824-BW) (1 ng) was included. A specific band for Bcl-w was detected at approximately 19 kDa (as indicated). This experiment was conducted under reducing conditions and using Immunoblot Buffer Group 4.
