MA1-10890 detects Heat Shock Protein 70/Heat Shock Cognate Protein 70 in human, mouse, rat, rabbit, monkey, guinea pig, hamster, chicken, bovine, canine, ovine, porcine, fish, Xenopus, Drosophila, C. elegans, and plant samples. MA1-10890 has been successfully used in Western blot, immunohistochemistry, immunoprecipitation and flow cytometry procedures. By Western blot, MA1-10890 is specific for the ~72 kDa Heat Shock Protein 70/Heat Shock Cognate Protein 70 protein. Positive control of HeLa cell lysate recommended. MA1-10890 immunogen is purified recombinant Hsp70/Hsc70.
