- MA1-10891 detects Heat Shock Protein 70/Heat Shock Cognate Protein 70 in human, mouse, rat, rabbit, monkey, hamster, guinea pig, dog, bovine, sheep, pig, chicken, yeast, fish and Xenopus samples. MA1-10891 has been successfully used in Western blot and immunohistochemistry procedures. By Western blot, MA1-10891 is specific for the ~72 kDa Heat Shock Protein 70/Heat Shock Cognate Protein 70 protein. MA1-10891 immunogen is chicken Hsp70/Hsp90 complex.

- Western blot analysis of rat liver and fish ventricle lysates using Heat Shock Protein 70/HSC Protein 7 Monoclonal Antibody (Product # MA1-10891). Whole tissue extracts from rat liver (20 µg) and Chaenocephalus aceratus and Notothenia coriiceps ventricles (200 µg) were separated on 10% SDS-PAGE gels and transferred to nitrocellulose membranes. Following transfer, membranes were blocked with 5% milk in PBST and probed with Heat Shock Protein 70/HSC Protein 7 Monoclonal Antibody (Product # MA1-10891) at 1:2000 dilution followed by donkey anti-mouse IgG secondary antibody (Product # PA1-28748) at 1:5000 dilution and a chemiluminescent substrate.
