Experimental details

Immunofluorescence staining of Calbindin in 293 cells. Cells were fixed with 4% PFA, blocked with 10% serum, and incubated with Calbindin Polyclonal Antibody (Product # PA5-117824, 1:1,000) at 4°C overnight. Then cells were stained with the Alexa Fluor®488-conjugated Goat Anti-rabbit IgG secondary antibody (green). Positive staining was localized to cytoplasm and nucleus.

Immunoprecipitation of Calbindin in Lane A: 0.5 mg HepG2 Whole Cell lysate, Lane B: 0.5 mg 293T Whole Cell Lysate. Samples were treated with 60 μg of immunomagnetic Protein G beads, incubated with polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-117824) with a dilution of 1:100 , followed by Dylight 800-labeled antibody to rabbit IgG (H+L) using a dilution of 1:5,000. Assay was performed under reducing conditions. Predicted band size: 30 kDa, Observed band size: 30 kDa .
