- E-Selectin/CD62E in Mouse Thymus. E-Selectin/CD62E was detected in perfusion fixed frozen sections of mouse thymus using Mouse E-Selectin/CD62E Antigen Affinity-purified Polyclonal Antibody (Catalog # AF575) at 1.7 µg/mL overnight at 4 °C. Tissue was stained (brown) and counterstained with hematoxylin (blue). Specific labeling was localized to the plasma membrane of lymphocytes.
