- Immunofluorescent analysis of MCF-7 cells using a Phospho-TSC2 pSer1420 polyclonal antibody (Product # PA5-12909) at a dilution of 1:10-50, followed by a fluor-conjugated goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody (green).
