- Double staining with MBP monoclonal antibody, clone QD-9 (Cat # MAB8817) and anti-ubiquitin in a multiple system atrophy (MSA) case (moderately affected cerebella medulla).The distribution of Cat # MAB8817 (purple) is different from that of ubiquinated glial cytoplasmic inclusions (GCIs, brown), medulla (case M6). Ubiquinated GCIs and Cat # MAB8817 positive fibers are detected. Note that Cat # MAB8817 does not stain the GCIs.
