- Western Blot: MBP [p Thr98] Antibody (98P/12) [NB100-64789] - 30 ug of human brain tissue lysate was run under reducing conditions on SDS PAGE and transferred to a PVDF membrane. Bio-Rad Precision Plus molecular weight marker was run in lanes 1, 3, 5 and 7. Mouse anti MBP P-Thr98 antibody was used as the primary antibody at a dilution of 1/500 in lanes 2 and 6 and at 1/1000 in lanes 4 and 8. TidyBlot Western Blot Detection Reagent:HRP was used as the secondary reagent at 1/200. Membranes were treated with (+) and without (-) phosphatase and visualized.
