Cell lysate of 293T (20 ug) was resolved by SDS-PAGE and probed with NRG1 monoclonal antibody, clone k1G13 (Cat # MAB2054) (1:1000). Proteins were visualized using a goat anti-mouse secondary antibody conjugated to HRP and an ECL detection system.
